One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Designed rooms, clean, and contains all necessary tools such as umbrellas, iron, robes, socket converters, etc. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful, and we got free of charge upgrade to a suit. There are 3 types of rooms - small, medium, and suits. Suits are the best choice. From the highest floors there are amazing view on the city. The hotel is very good located - close to Times Square and other attractions which are in walking distance, but far enough from noisy streets. To sum up, the one of the best hotels in nyc.

The only concern is expensive Internet (about $10 per day), and expensive breakfasts (starts at about $15-20 and more and depends on your selection). However, need to say the breakfasts were really good, and had a great selection. For those who have some time, there are some good small restaurants in a walking distance at the corner of 4th ave. As for the Internet, there is Starbucks across the street, so you may connect there.

Perfect location right in the heart of manhattan. Very helpful staff, got an excellent price using Booked.net too. Loads of nearby shops to stock the minibar with (minibar prices very expensive). We ate at restaurants in hells kitchen, much cheaper than those surrounding times square and less crowded.

Moldy shower, could have been easily cleaned but wasn'T.

    Fabulous

The accommodation and our experience was very much in line with the information available on the assure, that's important to us. Also we were pleased to be given a superior room to that booked, nice touch. Staff were friendly without being over the top. Daily weather forecast and what to do info was well received.

    No complaints.

The hotel staff were friendly and receptive. The location is to die for. It is a stones throw from several of the metro stops including but not limited to Grand Central and Times Square. I would definitely stay there again and again for our New York trips. If you are a foodie look at Urban Spoon before asking the concierge as it seems they try to keep you midtown with their recommendations. Otherwise their recommendations on everything else is great to excellent. We loved traveling the metro as it is the easiest way to get around in our opinion. Do beware that the weekends and late nights can come with surprises with line changes.

    Fabulous

The room was clean and modern though small.

The public guest areas were nothing special and or under construction. The rooms small but clean and efficient. This is a good place to sleep but not hang out.

My daughter always wanted to go to New York for her 21st birthday so I decided to book a trip and we stayed at the Cassa Hotel. It was the perfect location! We were just a few blocks away from Times Square which made it a lot more convenient to see the attractions and SHOP. If we got tired, it was so easy for us to just go back to the hotel and relax. The staff was amazing and definitely made my daughter’s 21st birthday memorable. Thank you Cassa!

We loved the location; right near Times Square, yet the street was relatively quiet and just outside the hustle and bustle. It felt like a little sanctuary.

The location is perfect!! Only 2 minutes walking and you are in the middle of Times Square. From there it's easy to explore the rest of the city. The staff is also very helpfull and friendly. The rooms are very clean and there's no noise from the streets.

    Fabulous

The hotel has a very good location - just two minutes walk to Times Square and Fifth Avenue. The staff is very friendly and the bedrooms are very comfortable although a little small. There are tons of restaurants and cafeterias in the area and a Starbucks just across the street.

The restaurant of the hotel was still under construction and the bar close at 10:00 pm.

Well let me start by saying that the design of the hotel was amazing. I booked a standard room at a great rate (always book last minute if you can better rates). Arrived at the hotel after a dinner engagement to find out that they overbooked the standard rooms. The good news is that they upgraded us to one of their apartments. So, we stayed in a Manhattan apartment on a standard room budget. The apartment was beautifully appointed with a clean all white palette. In the kitchen all the appliances were invisible except for the stove of course. Also, had a great view from the 31st floor.
